Pasta night has come and gone....atleast for this week. I lost track of time at work and didn't get home till about 6:30..not much time to search for a good recipe. I did, however, pull out the pasta machine and attempted to make some home made ravioli..... they were ........ just ok.. I din't have much time to look for an amazing stuffing so just used ricotta cheese. My dough should have been rolled out thinner too.. At least it was dinner and i did something I have been wanting to do for quite awhile. I did find however an interesting recipe that I may make on Friday though..... pumpkin mac and cheese.. (I think that is what is was called) Found it on RRay site.... the last recipe I made from that site was amazing !
I finished up 16 rows of my latest crochet project which is very encouraging since the project was put to the side for quite awhile.
I feel like I had a good day at work .... somewhat anyway..... report problems that took way too long to fix because someone else didn't know what they were doing.... but .... I believe everyone wants to do a good job and I was able to identify that the new person was just never told how to do it right. Is training people on what to do so hard ?
Well, most of my goals for the day have been met .... some at a higher level than other..... just one left to finish....and that is to get that notebook bedside.
